Let's link your HFD account to your Invisalign account. We also need office manager information for training and support.
Your DID (Doctor ID) is the number associated with your Invisalign account and can be found in parenthesis in the top right corner of the Invisalign Doctor Site after you sign in.
The LID (Location ID) is the number associated with the specific location you are enrolling and can be found in parenthesis next to the location's shipping address on the Dr. Profile within the Account tab of the Invisalign Doctor Site. Note that the DID and LID will be the same if you only have one location.

This will be the master account and will have all rights enabled. You will be able to create user accounts with restricted access once you are logged in.
Once you complete this process, the primary contact will receive an email to begin collecting all practice location information.
Your account number (usually 10-12 digits) is the second set of numbers printed on the bottom of your checks. The number furthest to the right is the check number.
The routing number is the 9-digit number printed in the bottom left corner of each check.
This will be your primary admin user account and will be able to add/manage your team, settings and more.
This is the email you used to create your original account.
